1. HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT THE ROOMS’ AVAILABILITY ON LUSH LIVING?

You can click on Our Rooms and use the search engine on this page to scan through our rooms database, filtered by your preferred settings & budget.

2. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE LISTED FOR EACH ROOM?

The rental includes the following:

  • the monthly rental amount you have to pay
  • utilities (electricity, water & gas)
  • high speed WIFI
  • weekly cleaning for common area
  • usage of condominium facilities, some which some condominiums may include car-parking spot (please inform us if you need a spot for your vehicle)
3. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY?

According to the guidelines from Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Singapore, the minimum length of stay is 3 months but we would prefer if you could commit to a lease of at least 6 months or more.

4. HOW DO I PAY MY RENT?

You can pay your rent via bank transfer, PayNow, cheque payment or cash deposit into our company’s bank account.

5. DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT PRIOR TO MY FIRST DAY OF TENANCY?

Yes, you need to pay a one (1) month deposit upon booking & after confirming your room.

6. AS A TENANT, DO I NEED TO SUBMIT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO LUSH LIVING?

You have to submit a copy of your passport and valid employment/student pass or work permit. According to the Immigration Act, all landlords have to check the validity of their tenants’ immigration status.

If you are a local Singaporean, we just need a copy of your NRIC.

7. How do I check-in, what do I need to bring?

Just bring along all your luggages, check off the inventory list and show you around the apartment of your stay (apartment’s orientation). After that, you are free to explore the condominium estate and enjoy your stay!

8. In general, what are the appliances and amenities included in the apartments?

Generally, all our apartments are well equipped with the following:

  • refrigerator
  • electric kettle
  • washing machine & dryer
  • microwave oven
  • iron & ironing board
  • vacuum cleaner 
  • mop, cleaning agent & bin
  • pot, pans, cutlery & utensils
9. ARE BED LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED OR DO I HAVE TO BRING MY OWN?

We can provide you with a new set of bed linen, pillow and towel at a discounted price upon your request.

10. DO YOU PROVIDE CLEANING/HOUSEKEEPING WITHIN THE APARTMENT & ITS ROOMS? DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT?

Weekly cleaning of the common area is provided for free (without extra charge), however if you require housekeeping for your own room, please let us know.

If you intend to engage a cleaner, please inform us beforehand.

11. AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE HOUSE APPLIANCES AND/OR THE AIR-CONDITIONERS?

Not to worry, we will handle all maintenance of the above, due to wear and tear (with the exception of apparent abuse). You just need to inform us of any issue regarding the appliances or air-conditioner and we would send someone over to resolve it.

12. CAN I INVITE MY FRIENDS OVER AND CAN THEY STAY OVER?

For the safety of other co-tenants of your apartment, we do not encourage you to allow visitors or strangers whom your co-tenants may not know of. However, if your family members or friends are visiting you, kindly inform us prior to their visit to keep us in the loop. Our main concerns are the safety of your co-tenants and ensure that their privacy are not disturbed.

13. ARE THERE ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR COUPLES?

Yes, we have all types of rooms to suit your needs.

14. ARE PETS ALLOWED?

No pets are allowed in all apartments managed by Lush Living.

15. IS COOKING ALLOWED?

Light cooking is allowed in all of our apartments, however as you are also sharing the apartment with your co-tenants, please ensure you clean up after every usage of the kitchen (or after every meal) to maintain good cleanliness.
